You are granted a limited license to access and use the templates for your personal or commercial marketing campaigns. You are NOT permitted to resell, redistribute, or sub-license the source files of these templates as a standalone product.
Since our products are intangible digital goods (HTML/CSS Templates) that are instantly delivered, we strictly do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of digital products.
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
The templates are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We verify that the code is functional but do not guarantee specific financial results, conversion rates, or compatibility with every single browser or third-party plugin.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. AFLAND and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
